Pasasana is a yoga pose that strengthens the legs,hips,and spine.while improving balance and focus,this foundational standing balance pose.Stretches the hips and and ankles.Strenthens the quadrceps and core,prepare body for deeper twists and balances.Relieves stress and anxiety.
